LOUISA & MARK

Just 3 flower types featured throughout Louisa's floral designs - beautiful reflexed roses, fluffy white gypsophlia and phalaenopsis orchids. From the bouquets to the ceremony and reception décor, the crisp white florals were beautiful, soft and elegant in style.

A stunning white setting was created for the ceremony, with Style A Chair supplying the fabric backdrop, chairs and sashes, white aisle runner and petals.
For the aisle we created floral arrangements, a matching elongated designs for the registry table plus two large vase arrangements. The vase arrangements were abundant in style, and set upon our white plinths as the main focal designs for the ceremony.
For the reception the aisle arrangements dressed the guest tables whilst the top table was adorned with the registry table design along with the maids bouquets in hired vases and footed glass candle trios from our hire collection. I love to maximise the potential of your floral designs so that they can be repurposed and enjoyed throughout the day.

"I absolutely ADORED the florals, thank you so much for everything. More than I ever could imagined they could be" Louisa
LORNA & ALEX

I love a church wedding, so it was a delight to decorate Kilconquhar Parish Church for Lorna & Alex's wedding. A church that held special memories for Lorna and her dad.
The church has an abundance of light streaming through the beautiful stained glass windows. The double aisle looked so pretty with arrangements of white hydrangea and eucalyptus attached at intervals to the pews. Softening the expanse of wooden seating was a central foliage garland accentuated with clusters of gypsophlia. Upon the font a pedestal arrangement of predominantly white seasonal blooms and dusky pink roses and an altar table glowing with flickering candle light.

The bouquets were softly textured, with Ammi & Scabiosa adding a country appeal. Neutral shades for the maids and dusky roses added to the Brides bouquet, just a subtle hint of colour to coordinate with the maids dresses.
The reception was held in the Ballroom at Balbirnie, where vases of seasonal tieds dressed the guest tables. Candle sticks and footed glass candle holders providing ambient lighting.
The top table looked beautiful with a full length garland of loose foliages, bud vases of white blooms including Ammi, Lisianthus, Roses, and Spray Roses and candle sticks dotted through. The ballroom décor was simple, elegant and so welcoming on a crisp winters day.

LOIS & CRAIG

Its always so much fun when a client gives you a colour palette and says "you choose the flowers", even more so in the summer months when there are so many beautiful subjects to choose from. I also included quite a few of our home grown pretties too, which added to the varied textures and forms within the bridal bouquets.
The ceremony took place in the Orangery where the aisle was dressed with lanterns (supplied by the bride) and colourful rose petals. Tieds of summer blooms were attached to some the chairs adding a pop of additional colour to the aisle. To the front our wooden arch adorned with 2 floral designs and finishing drapes in those pretty soft to deep pink colours.
The top table was dressed with the bridal bouquets in hired vases with the chair tieds in jars staged between, a pretty and effective way to use your florals throughout the day. On the guest tables more jars of mixed summer flowers set next to a candle lantern.

JEN & BEN

Jen & ben were married in the spring. They chose a soft colour palette of blush pinks and blue with hints of white in the flowers. Blooms included Lisianthus, Hydrangeas, Oxypetalum, Roses, Ranunculus, Scented Stock and Waxflower.
Their beautiful ceremony took place in the Orangery where our white moon gate arch was decorated with a half-moon floral design. A combination of tall and low arrangements dressed the aisle, later becoming the centrepieces to dress the guest tables. The meadow garden arrangements looked so pretty next to the draped chivari chairs supplied by Style A Chair.

RACHEL & NICK

Rachel & Nick, did it their own way by having an intimate family celebratory meal prior to the wedding ceremony. They dressed the wedding breakfast table with the bridal bouquets which featured reflexed white roses and gypsophlia.
The ceremony took place in the Long Gallery where tieds of white gypsophlia decorated the chairs on the aisle. These designs later became part of the décor that dressed the evening Reception tables in the Ballroom.
I think the little flower girl was loving being a mini bride for the day!

"Absolutely loved our flowers, they were beautiful!" Rachel
DANIELLE & CAMERON

With less than a week to go, Danielle & Cameron's florist became unwell so we stepped in with the organisation and creation of their wedding flowers.
Using props supplied by Duchess Seera we set the scene for the ceremony by decorating the quirky driftwood arch, dressed the aisle with tieds of rose & eucalyptus and added florals to the staged setting of milk churns and crates.
On the tables in the grand Ballroom we created floral arrangements to sit on top of the geometric hired stands and added garlands of eucalyptus with interspersed flowers along the lengths of the top table.
The overall look was stunning and it was a pleasure to work with photographer I Am Cammy who supplied these fabulous images

DAVID & STU

David & Stuart were just two of the loveliest guys you could meet and had a strong sense of what they wanted for their wedding day florals. Embracing Spring their florals had a natural appeal, textured and varied in form with tantalizing scents.
Every area within the venue that would be frequented by guests had a floral element from jam jars on coffee tables to mantelpieces with vegetative styled designs. Their cake, created by a family member took pride of place in the West Room and looked beautiful with clusters of spring pretties.
We were truly happy to see them become Mr & Mr!

"Jenni, Cathryn, you did an absolutely stellar job. That mantelpiece!! And our buttonholes were so gorgeous. And we could smell the eucalyptus and rosemary while we were at the top table. We had high expectations and you smashed it out of the park, it's tempting to just do the whole wedding all over again so we can keep this floristry in our lives" David & Stu
ABIGAIL & AARON

Abi & Aaron had hoped for an outdoor wedding in the beautiful Balbirnie grounds but the rain was torrential in the morning. Plan B went into action with the Ballroom transformed to create a beautiful ceremony setting with the tall guest centrepieces the lining the aisle. Tieds of white gypsophlia with a ruched organza bow adorned the seats facing the aisle and set to the front was our Moon gate arch decorated with a half-moon of artificial flowers to compliment the lush table designs.
The bridal bouquets featured hydrangeas, garden roses, large headed roses, lisianthus and astilbe in soft blush and champagne tones. The colours beautifully complimenting the nude coloured bridesmaids dresses. And Abi, she looked beautiful, such a stunning dress and the floral hair circlet was the perfect finishing touch.

EMILY & JAMIE

Emily and Jamie absolutely doted on each other and we loved meeting up with them to discuss their wedding florals. With it being a November wedding they wanted bold colours. I loved the vibrancy, the colours were so electric and looked amazing with the velvet maids dresses.
For the bridal bouquets we created textured handtieds of blue anemones and hydrangeas with rich purple lisianthus and vintage amnesia roses adding a softening touch to the vivid colours.
The ceremony took place in the Orangery where a half-moon Moongate Arch was designed as a ceremony backdrop. Again the colours were rich, with blousy hydrangeas, murted garden roses and softening flowering clematis,
For the Reception, Style A Chair provided the tall candelabras which we adorned with a ring of hydrangea and roses and featured little vintage vases of flowers at the base of the stand. Dressing the top table where the bridal bouquets in decorated vases, with loose eucalyptus and candles for ambient lighting.
The lovely Emillie of Photography by Emillie captured these gorgeous images from the day.
